Founder

Amy Nichols, Founder and Principal, brings a wealth of experience from her more than 20 years in the pet industry. Her journey began with the creation of Dogtopia in 2002, and she has since played significant roles in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She has led companion animal programs for one of the largest animal welfare organizations in the U.S. and worked on digital platforms at the world's largest pet care company. Amy is now turning her focus back to her roots, supporting several exciting new start-ups. She is passionate about fostering career opportunities in the pet and veterinary fields and is convinced that embracing entrepreneurship and innovation is the key to unlocking the industry's challenges.
